A High School diploma or GED.
Successful completion of a Mechanical and Electrical Aptitude Assessment;
Millwright experience in an industrial or food manufacturing environment.
Proven experience maintaining high-speed packaging equipment in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing settings.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated systems.
Practical experience with conveyors, bulk material handling systems, welding, and fabrication.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints
