Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday

High School Diploma, or equivalent required.

Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand technical instructions.

Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per day).

Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and repetitive hand/wrist motions.

Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Visual ability to inspect small parts and read detailed instructions.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots are required.

The base pay is set at $19.75 - $24.40/ hour

Schedule may include early morning, evening, or weekend shifts based on production needs. Overtime may be required during high volume periods.

High school diploma or GED required with one (1) year welding and fabrication experience

Basic knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices.

Ability to operate MIG welding equipment under supervision.

Ability to measure and cut materials to specified dimensions using tape measures, calipers, or other measuring instruments

Ability to weld in different weld position: Flat (1G/1F), Horizontal (2G,2F), Vertical (3G,3F) and Overhead (4G,4F).

Regularly required to lift and carry components weighing up to 50 lbs.; team lift or equipment used for heavier items.

Must be able to safely push, pull, and maneuver parts and materials on the production line as required to perform responsibilities.

Must pass a welding test to demonstrate proficiency at facility.

Completion of a formal welding program or technical training is a plus.

Two (2) or more years of welding and fabrication experience or completion of a welding training program is advantageous
