A bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or experience in closing hotels
3 - 5+ years of accounting experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Excel, and Word
Must work with attention to detail
Strong work ethic
To perform the duties of this job, an individual must be able to read, write, understand and communicate effectively using the English Language
The employee is regularly required to enter information into a computer
The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods (3-4 hours at a time)
The employee is frequently required to use hands for typing, 10-key operation, telephone dialing, or controls
