Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of Texas

3+ years clinical experience in a hospital, acute care, home health/hospice, direct care or case management

Computer / typing proficiency to enter / retrieve data in electronic clinical records; experience with email, internet research, use of online calendars and other software applications

Reliable transportation to travel within service delivery area which will be up to a 50 mile radius from your home

Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.

Experience working with the needs of vulnerable populations who have chronic or complex conditions

Case Management experience including Certification in Case Management

Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care experience

Oncology experience

Home care / field based case management experience

Position is based full-time in Texas.

Registered Nurse

Current RN license in Texas, and additional states as contracts require. License must be maintained as current and in good standing.

Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language

Must have basic computer skills

Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state.

Ability to meet minimum hospital/agency hiring standards which may include additional background clearances and orientation requirements if applicable to the program assigned to for employment.

Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.

Three (3) plus years of nursing experience preferred.

Previous experience in case management and/or providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis preferred.

Spanish/Bi-lingual a plus.

Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.

DAY SHIFT

Work Hours: 8hr shifts Monday- Friday

Full Time

Must have three (3) years of professional nursing experience.

Must have current, valid RN license or temporary RN license from the Texas Board of Nursing, or valid Compact RN license.

Must have current healthcare provider BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from one of the following: * American Heart Association * American Red Cross * Military Training Network

Must have current Advanced Life Support (ALS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification on hire or placement in role. Certification must be from one of the following: * American Heart Association * American Red Cross * Military Training Network

Bachelor's degree in nursing, preferred.
