Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration from an accredited business school. - required
3-7 years of Progressive experience in production planning, master scheduling, or materials planning in a mid-sized, regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace, defense, electronics, medical, etc.) - required
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of understanding the financial and revenue impacts of scheduling decisions. - required
Practical experience using ERP/MRP logic and systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor, etc.) with the proven ability to maintain accurate schedules without relying on robust, fully implemented system automation. - required
Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, PowerPivot, XLOOKUP, Forecasting & Data models.) - required
High initiative, self-directed problem-solving skills, and the ability to conduct independent data analysis to resolve operational bottlenecks. - required
