Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
2+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related Salesforce products
Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques
Experience creating user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and test cases
Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, data models, security, reporting, and automation tools
Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role, gathering and creating functional and non-functional requirements
3+ years of experience performing business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation
Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, functional specifications, and test cases
Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including data models, security, reporting, workflows, dashboards, custom objects, validation rules, and automation tools
Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments, including use of Agile artifacts and participation in Agile ceremonies
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience writing validation scripts to support data quality and system controls
Experience using Jira and Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools
