Ability to travel to or commute between data center locations as needed

Willingness to temporarily work at alternative sites during training periods or until assigned facility is operational

Travel frequency will vary based on business needs and operational status of assigned facility

Candidates must be able to travel (over 50 miles) or commute (less than 50 miles) to active data center sites as required by business needs.

2+ years of data center, critical environment, computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, or data center operations experience, or experience in similar technical roles

2+ years of network cabling, fiber optics, and test equipment including VFL, power meter, and OTDR experience

Experience with network hardware: copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, routers

Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds

Ability to work in an environment that operates 24/7 with an ability to participate in primary responder rotation and provide after-hours support as needed

Working in cramped and/or elevated and/or noisy environments

Bending, lifting, stretching, reaching, standing and walking for up to 8+ hours a day

Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Network Engineering), or experience in professional or military IT-related roles

Certification in a relevant field (CCENT - Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician, Network+, or CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate)

Experience in a data center or other critical environment

Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays

Experience conducting behavioral interviews and hiring

Target salary for this role is between $91,170 and $101,300, based upon qualifications.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$76,000 - $126,600

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets.

Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, risk analysis, data analysis, or a related business field.

Strong proficiency in Excel formulas and functions.

Relevant experience manipulating large datasets and generating insights.

Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools, automation, or process improvement technology to streamline analysis, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

2 years' experience in financial analysis

Compensation: Target salary for this role is between $91,170 and $101,300, based upon qualifications.
