0-2 years of data center technician, structured cabling, telecommunications, low voltage, electrical, or related experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and installation instructions.
Ability to work on ladders and/or scissor lifts and in confined spaces.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.
Ability to stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
Ability to safely use basic hand tools, including a multi-bit screwdriver, tape measure, snips, needle-nose pliers, channel-lock pliers, punch-down tool, flashlight, gloves, tool pouch, and steel-toe or composite-toe work boots.
Must be willing to work overtime as required, potentially including 6-7 days per week and 10-12-hour shifts.
Must be willing to commute between assigned project locations within the local market.
Must be open to travel outside the local market to support other project teams as needed.
Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential requirements of the position.
