Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant engineering experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related engineering experience
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related engineering experience
Demonstrated experience with DoW Agencies such as Secretary of the Air Force – International Affairs (SAF/IA), Tri-Services Committee (TSC), Navy International Programs Office (NIPO), Navy Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) Program Office (PMA-290)
Demonstrated experience developing technical inputs for export license applications and supporting documentation
Demonstrated & comprehensive knowledge of job area and in-depth knowledge of program engineering (includes overseeing cost, schedule and technical content). Including management of large, complex project initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction
Demonstrated ability to communicate with internal/external stakeholders at all levels to explain and influence changes to practices, processes and approaches
Demonstrated experience making quantifiable improvements in processes, systems, or products
Provides input into new products/processes and implements operational plans that have measurable impact on engineering and business results
The position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
May include periodic domestic or international travel—typically up to 20%—to support program engagements, customer coordination, or compliance activities
