High School diploma or equivalent

1 year of experience in a plant or warehouse environment

Experience completing training and mastering skills required by the position (e.g., Hazardous Material Safety and DOT training)

Experience understanding and tracking safety, quality, and productivity data

Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools

Bachelor's Degree

A minimum of 12 years of prior relevant engineering certification experience

Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related engineering certification experience

In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related engineering certification experience

Demonstrated experience in certification, qualification, compliance, airworthiness, or related engineering activities for complex products or systems

Demonstrated experience developing, improving, or governing technical processes within a regulated engineering environment

Demonstrated experience working across cross-functional organizations to align technical, quality, and program objectives

Ability to obtain and maintain any required United States Government security clearance

Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens

Pre-employment substance abuse testing and background checks

Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives across multiple programs, sites, or product lines

Experience developing training content, guidance material, or playbooks that support organizational capability growth

Experience with certification plans, compliance matrices, approval documentation, and technical data package expectations

In lieu of a degree, at least 5 years of leadership experience in a high-intensity production environment may be considered

Hands-on manufacturing experience, with a strong preference for those who have led meaningful projects

Experience in developing and implementing production processes/systems in a high-growth environment

Proven track record of project execution in a manufacturing setting

Demonstrated proficiency in solving deep technical or operations problems

Ability for occasional travel up to 35% of the time

5+ Years Analytics in Financial Services Industry. - Required.

5+ Years Indirect subprime Auto Financial Services Industry experience. - Preferred.

5+ Years Prior experience developing credit scoring models preferred. - Preferred.

Demonstrated experience with logistic regression models, segmentation and variable reduction techniques, hypothesis testing, neural networks, design of experiments, ANOVA, decision trees, and linear regression.

Prior experience working with credit bureau data.

Prior experience using SAS, particularly SAS base, SAS/STAT, PROC SQL, and SAS Macro programming. Additional knowledge of R preferred.

Demonstrated ability to use SQL and SAS to extract data from multiple data sources.

Demonstrated ability to merge, concatenate, clean, and prepare extremely large datasets for statistical analysis and mathematical model development.

Demonstrated ability to create complex pivot tables in MS Excel.

Ability to effectively explain advanced mathematical concepts, techniques, and analyses to a business audience.

Ability to translate analysis into a clear business plan.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to delegate and co-ordinate multiple tasks related to the development and monitoring of statistical models.
