Must be a U.S. Citizen
High School Diploma or GED required, AA degree in technical field preferred
Ten (10) years' related assembly experience preferred
Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Able to use microscope for extended periods of time
Able to sit/stand for long periods of time
Experienced with related tools or machines, capable of intricate work
Ability to train and lead others and have a high aptitude for quality and conformance to engineering standards
Installing and configuring applications Installed or configured business-critical software or Managed software installation, updates and troubleshooting across Windows and macOS environments
May require completion of the following courses: Overview of Applied Vacuum Technology, Fundamentals of Vacuum
Basic HR practices and interviewing techniques, basic leadership
Must have the ability to follow safety protocols and practices
Ability to work on a team
Good eye/hand coordination
Shall report to Irving location transitioning to Plano location
