High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
Experience safely operating sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts and moving materials in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and 12-hour shifts as business needs require.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely move materials throughout the facility.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and operate industrial equipment throughout a 12-hour shift.
Regular, reliable on-site attendance is required, with overtime as needed to support business demands.
