Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts.

Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Work schedules may vary based on business needs.

Occasional extended hours and weekend work may be required.

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 5 Years hands-on in the field experience in maintenance planning or project management

Ability to read and interpret complex technical parts manuals, catalogues, SOP's

Experience across several business functions with fully developed verbal and written communication skills

Maintenance and technical lead experience within highspeed packaging, ideally beverage, food or other clean manufacturing

Proven track record in delivering results through others by working with cross-functional teams.

Awareness of Continuous Improvement methodologies. (LEAN, DMAIC, 5why, BDA, TPM)

Advanced hands-on working knowledge of AMM / CMMS systems (SAP Required)

Must be able to lead and facilitate meetings with large groups both in person and virtually

Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS)

Must be able to complete complex data analysis and communicate in layman's terms

Self-motivated and able to manage time independently

Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service.

Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.

Certification in Industrial Maintenance or Project Management strongly preferred
