Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline and a minimum of 4 years of related engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree. 2 years of related engineering experience with a Master's degree. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related engineering experience.
