Full-time

Full‑time (40 hours per week).

Training shifts will be scheduled anywhere between 9:00am-9:00pm Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts between 9:00am-7:00pm.

When a Saturday shift is scheduled, a weekday off will be provided.

During Bullpen (on-the-job training), Saturday shifts between 9:00am-7:00pm will include taking live calls.

Full-Time Schedule (40 hours/week).

Work shifts will be scheduled within the hours of 9:00am-9:30pm Monday-Friday, and every Saturday between 9:00am-7:15pm.

One weekday off will be provided each week.

Fluent in English/Spanish

Must reside in the State of Texas.

Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions.

You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.).

Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment with a minimum of 50 - 100 mbps download and 10 mbps upload.

Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions.

Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments.

Prior customer service experience

Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, are required.

High school diploma or GED

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Must reside within the State of Texas

Commercial Vehicle Drivers must have the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.

Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record.

Touch freight – may need to lift, push or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds occasionally.
