Strong knowledge of PVF manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, products, sourcing channels, and overall market dynamics.

Strong understanding of procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain principles.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Ability and willingness to travel as needed.

Experience within the MEP, mechanical contracting, construction, or related industry strongly preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience with Power BI and purchasing/ERP systems is beneficial.

Candidates with previous PVF category management experience are especially desirable

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

4+ years of progressive experience in product management, product operations, technology consulting, analytics, or related technology transformation roles.

Strong experience with Claude, Rovo, Figma or equivalent AI-first product tools to accelerate product development.

Strong data analysis acumen with experience in Excel, SQL, R, Python or other comparable BI tools such as Power BI, Looker and Tableau.

Full-Time Salary Range: $75254 - $127930

BS degree in Civil Engineering required

4+ years of experience in structural engineering

Structural analysis software such as SAP2000 or RISA
