Minimum 8 years of experience in the piping, pipefitting, or mechanical construction trade.
Minimum 4 years of supervisory or superintendent experience on commercial mechanical construction projects.
Proven experience managing commercial piping installations from project start-up through completion.
Strong knowledge of mechanical piping systems, including hydronic, chilled water, heating water, steam, process piping, domestic water, sanitary waste, and medical gas systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, schedules, and technical documents.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and coordination with multiple trades.
Proven ability to supervise multiple foremen and large field labor forces.
Proficiency with construction documentation, reporting, and project tracking.
Valid driver's license required.
