Training pay: $20.50/hour

The total Compensation range for this position is $48,700-$73,000 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms after completion of the comprehensive paid training program.

B shift (1:30PM - 9:30PM)

High School diploma or GED

1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment using the following equipment: filler, sleeve labeler, cappers, tape machine, bar coders, ink jet printer, hand wrenches, hand stamps, palletizers, lid presses

1 year of experience working with automated processes in a manufacturing environment

1 year working with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)- tablets are used in this role

Ability to read and interpret instructions and manuals in English

Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs

Experience packaging liquids such as paint, food products, pharmaceuticals, or similar

Hazardous Materials or DOT training

Ability to use basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and decimals

Ability to understand and track safety, quality and productivity data, including run rates, fill weights, and averages

Mechanical aptitude

Experience with Total Production Management (TPM) & Continuous Improvement Systems

Account management experience in healthcare or related field

Read, write, speak and understand English

Thorough understanding of HIPAA and compliance requirements

Experience managing around 300 named accounts as an account manager

Proficiency with ICOMS/CSG or other billing systems

Ability to travel up to 30 percent of the time to assigned territories

Valid and active State driver's license with safe driving record

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

5+ years of strategic account sales or account management experience

5+ years of experience with advanced voice and data networking (PRI, SIP, LAN, WAN)

5+ years of strategic account management in healthcare verticals such as pharmaceutical sales, surgical representative or hospital account management

Experience as a successful internal “hunter” in sales or telesales

Salesforce proficiency

Aptitude for learning Spectrum's product suite

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
