Bachelor of Science in Engineering required (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Systems, Manufacturing, or related).
2+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, hardware, software or technical environment.
2+ years' experience supporting technical project execution.
Demonstrated experience developing and managing complex technology projects
Familiarity with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing workflows.
Experience in data centers, HVAC, thermal management, liquid cooling, semiconductor
Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools (e.g., CPM, MS Project, Smartsheet).
Valid US passport
Driver's license
Ability to travel domestically & internationally 20% to 30% of the time.
Proficiency with New Product Development (NPD).
