1-3 years of DC Tech Experience (Break/Fix, Deployment, troubleshooting)
Computer Networking experience

Maintain data center operations to ensure high availability, reliability, and consistent service levels
Perform hardware and network diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
Conduct root cause analysis for hardware and software failures and implement corrective actions
Provide technical support and guidance to data center teams
Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Deliver training to internal teams on systems, tools, and processes
Create and maintain scripts to support updates to server and networking hardware
Manage and track inventory of data center equipment and assets
Assemble, install, and configure data center hardware and equipment
Perform maintenance and calibration of testing and tooling equipment
Travel occasionally to support operations at other data center locations
Expect 10 hours shifts & weekend work, OT is a possibility
Hands-on experience with computer hardware, including troubleshooting, assembly, and repair
Working knowledge of Linux operating systems
Ability to meet physical job requirements, with reasonable accommodations as needed
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated or confined spaces when required
Comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment, including participation in on-call rotations and providing after-hours support
Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and respond quickly to urgent issues in a fast-paced environment
Contract position based out of Red Oak, TX
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
