Bachelor's degree is required

Minimum eight (8) years' experience in healthcare operations or compliance

Experience in conducting workplace investigations involving complex compliance and ethics-related issues, managing third-party hotline procedures and data analytics, maintaining confidential communications, participating in attorney-client privileged reviews and similar activities associated with investigatory procedures.

Experience leading teams and supervising staff required.

May have an equivalent combination of experience and certification in lieu of specific education requirements.

Certification in healthcare compliance required and must be maintained as a condition of continued employment. Specifically, currently certified and in good standing with one of the following: * Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) * Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) * Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) * Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) * Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC) * Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC)

Renewals must be submitted no later than 7 calendar days after the current expiration date.

Mastery-level proficiency with Microsoft applications, telecommunications tools, software and applications most commonly used in the healthcare environment

Master's degree preferred.

Preferably with a large, multi-faceted healthcare company/system or academic medical center.

Pay Range: $19.70 - $24.85

Must be willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.

Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work in a standing position for a minimum 8 hours or more per shift.

Frequent walking, squatting, turning, twisting, pushing, bending, etc. in a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment.

Excellent attendance—must be reliable and punctual.

High school diploma or equivalent

1 to 3 years of mechanic, maintenance, or related experience

Certification and/or License – Mechanic certification, CDL license, refrigeration license, or other relevant certifications or licenses may be required

Skill with engines, anti-lock braking system, transmission, diagnostic equipment, and software

Basic computer skills

Knowledge and understanding of DOT regulations

Able to read and understand driver inspection reports

Able to operate tools, equipment, and peripheral accessories

Must be able to read, write and speak English
