The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Engineering or other technical bachelor's degree (STEM).

≥8 years of technical experience in metal and polymer additive manufacturing/3D printing technology, preferably in aerospace or defense.

Demonstrated success in developing technology roadmaps and securing funding for R&D; projects.

Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

Preferably in aerospace or defense.

Strong knowledge of AM processes and material certification for aerospace applications.

Experience with development of air vehicle products.

Experience preparing and delivering presentations to internal leadership and external customers.

Experience with strategic technical planning and proposal development.

Knowledge of Earned Value Management.

Experience supporting classified and sensitive programs.

Base salary: $65,000-$70,000 annually

8% annual incentive opportunity

$60,200 - $100,400

Our training and development

Monday through Friday with a 12:00 PM start time through completion of daily operations

While the primary schedule is Monday through Friday, overtime or additional coverage may occasionally be needed based on business requirements.

3+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role

High school diploma or equivalent required

Active, floor-based leadership role requiring extended periods of standing and walking throughout the shift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to safely work around and oversee the use of material handling equipment

Demonstrated experience directly supervising, leading and developing employees in a fast-paced operation

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics

Ability to maintain an active presence on the floor and lead employees through day-to-day operational demands

Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and/or labor management systems (LMS)

Industry experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing or distribution environments preferred

Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

Experience coaching employees, providing feedback and managing performance

Experience with material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Ability to interpret and use operational data to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent. Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.

Phlebotomy experience required.

1 year of related experience.

Ability to work in an upright and /or stationary position for 6-8 hours per day.

Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists to operate lab equipment.

Occasional crouching, stooping, with frequent bending and twisting of upper body and neck.

Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.

Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.

Regular and consistent attendance.

EMT, CMA or CNA certification, preferred.
