Full-Time

Full-Time Weekends - Friday 5p-Monday 8a

On-call rotation

RN

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state is required

Required for direct patient care in Georgia

Prior experience in hospice, home health, medical-surgical, or population-specific nursing such as geriatrics or pediatrics

Must demonstrate a willingness to participate in an on-call rotation

Reliable transportation

Valid driver's license

State-required liability auto insurance

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems

Lifting patients over 200 lbs with assistance

Transporting supplies and equipment up to 20 lbs for distances of 500 feet

Frequent standing, walking, sitting, stooping, and reaching

An associate degree preferred

CPR certification is recommended

Registered Nurse (RN)

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Active Compact RN License (NLC), or willingness and ability to obtain Compact Licensure within the established timeframe.

Current BLS/CPR certification.

Minimum of 3 years of progressive Hospice nursing experience.

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation.

Previous travel nursing experience preferred.

Experience supporting multiple branches, markets, acquisitions, or startup environments preferred.

BSN and/or CHPN certification preferred.
