The ability to travel to and from in-home appointments.

Must be able to safely ascend, descend, and work from ladders in accordance with Company safety procedures. This position requires the use of ladders with a maximum manufacturer-rated capacity of 375 pounds, including the user's body weight and any tools or equipment.

$25.00/hr

Heavy Overtime at x1.5 Pay ($37.50/hr)

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

Employees must arrive at the designated shuttle location by 6:15 AM or 6:15 PM and utilize company-provided transportation to the job site.

Technicians should have experience working with backbone fiber installations, including: * 288-count fiber * 144-count fiber * Single-mode and multi-mode fiber environments * Fiber routing, dressing, and cable management

Fiber optic installation experience

Copper cabling installation experience

Ability to pull, route, dress, label, and terminate cabling

Experience with rack & stack activities

Familiarity with structured cabling standards

Data center, telecommunications, or large commercial construction experience

Fiber testing and troubleshooting experience

OTDR testing

Fluke testing equipment

Network infrastructure validation and certification
