Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
5 or more years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, category management or a related field
Experience leading complex sourcing projects or competitive RFPs
Demonstrated stakeholder management, negotiation, financial analysis and supplier management experience
Knowledge of advanced business understanding particularly in project management, commodity markets, early supplier involvement, total cost management and financial analysis
Knowledge of ROI, total cost of ownership, 7 steps strategic sourcing to conduct analysis, problem solving, forecasting and quality improvement
Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
