Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or related technical field, required
Equivalent professional BIM experience may be considered in lieu of degree focus.
Minimum three (3) years combined experience in BIM software, BIM management, Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), or digital construction workflows - including hands-on fluency with industry standard tools such as Revit, Tekla Structures, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and IFC-based interoperability.
Strong MS Office skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
