Knowledge and prior hands-on experience in the areas of general maintenance, basic plumbing, dry wall patching and painting
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience in apartment, senior living, hotel or comparable setting
Proficient reading, comprehension, writing and mathematical ability
Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
Ability to work assigned shift which may include early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees
Successful completion of a State and Federal criminal background check
Successful completion of a drug screen
Successful completion of a job related physical
Successful completion of a TB test
