High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or college coursework is a plus
Previous assembly experience in the electronics, computer hardware, or manufacturing industry preferred
Ability to read and understand assembly instructions, production orders and control documentation
Experience using hand tools and light power tools safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and quality standards
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet production deadlines
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Soldering experience is a plus but not required
Travel to client sites to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment services
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, squat, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and quality standards
