Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP) with an active state license or Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA) with an active state license

2+ years of experience in urgent care, family medicine, or emergency care

Skilled in urgent care procedures

Active BLS certification required or must be obtained within defined onboarding period

Licensed Practical Nurse currently licensed to practice in the CT state

Two years full time or full time equivalent clinical experience

Experience and/or special interest working with older adults

Able to perform tasks which may be physically demanding such as pushing, bending and lifting up to 50lbs.

In good physical and emotional health and free of communicable diseases

Technical/other training or better in Nursing

Prior dementia and psych experience strongly preferred but not mandatory
