Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with healthcare or managed care databases; Amisys preferred
Fast typing and excellent 10-key accuracy
Ability to update high volumes of provider information and enter new providers into the system with complete and accurate records
Attention to detail and ability to maintain strict accuracy and meet quality and productivity expectations
As part of the hiring process, candidates will be required to complete an Excel assessment. A score of 70% or higher is considered passing and required to move forward in the interview process

High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
2 years relevant property adjusting and/or claims adjusting experience handling moderately complex claims or construction related industry/insurance experience.
Developing knowledge of residential construction.
Working knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate or similar tools and platforms.
Demonstrated negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Working knowledge of property claims contracts and interpretation of case law and state laws and regulations.
Proficient in prioritizing and multi-tasking, including navigating through multiple business applications.
Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts.
