Requires 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel front desk, guest services, front office operations, lodging, or a similar hospitality environment.
Requires previous supervisory or management experience leading front desk, guest services, or hospitality employees.
Demonstrated experience managing guest check-in, check-out, room assignments, service requests, and high-volume resident or guest turnover.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new hospitality and property management systems.
Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
