Basic reading, writing, and some advanced arithmetic skills required.
A high school diploma or trade school.
Experience using one or more of the following tools: lathe, milling machine, drill press, and vertical/horizontal cut off saw.
Ability to read and interpret, blueprints and routing.
Knowledge of Geometric tolerances
Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
Advanced skills (Journeyman level) require programming knowledge. And job setting experience.
Bending, stooping and standing
Lifting not to exceed 30 pounds
Eye safety glasses, hearing protectors as needed, closed toed leather shoes.
