High school diploma or equivalent
Experience setting up and operating CNC or manual machining equipment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Experience using precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools
Working knowledge of shop mathematics, decimals, fractions, and basic trigonometry
Understanding of machining principles, tooling selection, cutting parameters, speeds, and feeds
Ability to follow established safety procedures and machine operating standards
Ability to stand for extended periods during the work shift
Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 45 pounds
Required use of appropriate personal protective equipment
