Currently enrolled college student pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering at an accredited university is required.

Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.

Must be able to work on-site in Miamisburg, OH.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.

Employment is contingent on background checks and compliance with applicable regulations.

Prior coop experience is a plus.

Familiarity with manufacturing engineering principles (cycle time analysis, process instructions, layout calculations, Kaizen, and lean practices) is beneficial for this position.

Working knowledge of CAD software, either AutoCAD or SolidWorks (or both) is beneficial for this position.
