Minimum of six (6) months of hands-on work experience in an assembly, technical, manufacturing, or service-industry role that involves performing manual tasks or operating basic equipment/tools.
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Cleveland, TN.
Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt from this geographical requirement.
Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without company sponsorship.
Must not currently be on a written or final written warning.
Must have completed at least 6 months in their current role before becoming eligible to apply for another position (including the same role on a different shift), unless a business need requires an exception.
Lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly and safely perform team lifts for heavier items.
