High School Diploma or GED required
Min 4 years experience in produce or other perishable receiving and inspection required
Firm knowledge of USDA Specs, Grades and Standards Required
Solid knowledge of PACA laws required
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications/hardware
Successful completion of US Foods Produce Inspector Course
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
