Must meet or exceed company requirements for safety
Must complete all required mandatory Safety, OSHA, and ISO 9001 training

Must have basic manufacturing/quality knowledge
Be able to use simple measuring devices
Able to follow quality plans and work instructions
Able to use common tools of machine operations
High school graduate or GED required
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Basic English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
Skill must be at a minimum of a 6th English grade level
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Deal with problem involving a few concrete variables
Ability to work overtime as scheduled
