Strong Node.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL skills.

Experience designing data synchronization systems where correctness, idempotency, throughput, and recovery from partial failures matter.
Experience processing large volumes of operational data through batching, pagination, incremental synchronization, and backfills.

Strong debugging skills across authentication, data mapping, API behavior, synchronization state, and data quality.
A practical approach to engineering reliable systems without unnecessary complexity.
Comfort owning customer integration problems from initial discovery through deployment and ongoing support.
Experience incorporating coding agents into day-to-day software engineering work.
Experience leading technical conversations with both technical and nontechnical customer stakeholders, translating customer problems and workflows into clear integration requirements and practical solutions.
Experience handling sensitive customer and candidate data using appropriate security, privacy, access-control, and data-retention practices.
