Minimum of 36 months of progressive manufacturing machine operator experience is required.
Must be able to follow directions, both verbal and written, including simple assembly instructions and diagrams.
Must have proven ability to safely operate various manufacturing production machines.
Understand set-up needs, fixturing, and quick changeover.
Visual acuity and hand dexterity to package and assemble a variety of materials is required.
For selected tasks, color and depth perception may be required.
Ability to perform routine computer data entry and queries is required.
Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Visual acuity and depth perception is required.
CNC operation, may need an understanding of G code programming.
Requires the ability to read and follow job instructions, complete written forms, and effectively communicate with others.
Must continuously lift, push, and pull up to 5 lbs, for 9-10 hours per day and, on occasion, lift up to 80 lbs.
Continuous standing during a shift (8-10 hours) with frequent reaching, pulling, and bending.
May be required to pass a physical exam for wearing a respirator.
