Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in a shop environment working with CNC turning/milling carbon steels including machine set-up, programming, tooling design, and machine operation.
Strong knowledge of tooling, inspection, and fixturing of low quantity precision parts.
Proven experience establishing machining feeds, speeds, and depth of cuts required to maximize production.
Proficient mathematical skills to calculate machine offsets/speeds/feeds for production optimization.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints, and knowledgeable in GD&T.;
Physical requirements: ability to walk, stand, climb, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, see, hear and use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
US citizenship required or otherwise legally authorized to work in an ITAR-regulated environment.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
