High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or light industrial electrical service, maintenance, or repair.
Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, troubleshooting methods, NEC requirements, and electrical safety standards.
Experience coordinating service calls, scheduling technicians, managing work orders, and prioritizing service requests.
Understanding of service estimating, labor and material costs, job profitability, and service department financial performance.
Valid driver's license
Acceptable driving record.
Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders when visiting jobsites or assisting field personnel.
Ability to access commercial and industrial facilities, including areas with varying environmental conditions.
Ability to safely navigate active jobsites and inspect electrical work as needed.
Ability to travel locally between customer locations and jobsites as required.
