High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Proficiency in soldering, brazing, drilling, and crimping
Familiarity with assembly tools and measuring equipment
Experience with MRP systems and understanding of BOM structures
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working in plant areas
Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift, move, or position materials up to 50 lbs. and push/pull heavier items using assistive equipment
Candidates must have current authorization to work in the United States that does not require sponsorship.
