Total Compensation Package from $80,000 to $117,000 annually.

Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT's and supervision of assigned trainees.

Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

BCBA's become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role.

All other roles eligible.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

$21–$22.00/hr

Monday - Friday | 6am to 2:30pm

Solid experience in janitorial, custodial, or similar cleaning work

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

Must be able to bend, lift, stand, and move throughout the shift

Ability to lift and move trash bags, mats, and cleaning supplies

Solid experience in this type of work

Previous cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred

$21.00 per hour
