High school diploma, GED, or 1 year certificate from college or technical school
1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Working knowledge of Order Processing Systems and Yardi Property Management software
Valid drivers license
Auto insurance
Stand and walk on hard surfaces, and go up and down stairs
Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Talk and hear and occasionally sit, taste, or smell
Lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
Reach to shoulder level and above, and bend at the hips and knees
Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
