The range for this position is $82,900 to $103,700 annually.

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, facilities, or utilities management within a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated leadership experience supervising or directing technicians.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facilities systems.

Strong computer proficiency, including CMMS systems, work order management, and Microsoft Office tools.

Ability to coordinate multi-trade contractor activity and OEM representatives.

Experience with building automation systems (BAS) **preferred** , including exposure to platforms such as Metasys.

Technical degree or relevant trade certification **preferred**.
