Minimum of 4+ years experience as a Chief Engineer, Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, Engineering Manager, or Engineer of land, maritime, or airborne radars or other RF sensors
Demonstrated understanding of radar system design
Deep understanding of state-of-the-art radar technologies and radar for defense missions
Experience in shaping strategic pursuits and developing technology roadmaps.
Experience with design and development of radar or other RF systems from concept to deployment
Graduate degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or Software engineering, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
