Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.

15 years of experience in corrosion management, metallurgical sciences, and welding engineering in the Oil and Gas Industry's “downstream sector”.

Able to demonstrate knowledge of the various international standards and codes including NACE, ASME, API and ASTM with emphasis on corrosion and inspection codes such as API-571, API-580, API-570 and API-510.

Able to demonstrate fluency in English, oral and written.

An advanced degree is preferable.

NACE Specialist certification, NACE Senior Corrosion Technologist certification or combination of NACE Corrosion Technologist, API-571 and NACE CP level II is preferable.

We will expect travel to the field up to 25% percent of the time to meet with the field team and critical contractual partners.

Knowledgeable in gas lift, rod lift, plunger lift, and GAPL/PAGL design, troubleshooting and optimization

Experience with choke management and nodal analysis to implement optimal drawdown and FBHP management

Experience with cost modeling, root cause analysis, systems optimization
