BS degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field is required plus 4 or more years related experience
Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience
Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education
Proven experience managing technical projects (electrical) from conception to completion
Solid understanding of program lifecycles and test processes (defining strategies, plans, and procedures)
Experience or knowledge of EGSE, including test rack, and other electrical test equipment (Oscilloscope, Multimeters etc.)
Foundational awareness of Information Assurance (IA) processes
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Desire to work with program as EGSE partner in support of mission success
High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex, ambitious projects
Willingness to learn new functional areas as required, including IA, Supply Chain, Security, ITS, and GSE maintenance
A security clearance or access with Polygraph is not required to be eligible for this position
However, the applicant must be willing and eligible for submission, depending on program requirements, after an offer is accepted and must be able to maintain the applicable clearance/access
