Ideal candidate has at least a 4-year degree and 5-7 years prior retirement benefits experience with progressively more complex assignments and responsibilities, benefit project management experience, and moderate understanding of retirement benefit principles, practices and trends.
_Technical Skills_ : Advanced Microsoft office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and proficient use of HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and benefits related web applications required.
_Relationship Management_ : Proven client relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders, the ability to collaborate well, and work effectively as a team member or a project lead.
_Project Management_ : Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with competing deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills.
_Communication Skills_ : Demonstrate advanced writing skills and able to draft email communications, FAQs, training content in Word and PowerPoint, manager and HR talking points, research summaries, etc. related to compensation programs, systems, and practices.
_Consulting Skills_ : Demonstrate prior experience consulting with employees and HR colleagues regarding retirement benefits, practice, trends, and the implementation of retirement-related projects. Ability to independently assess situations, understand problems and identify the root cause, evaluate potential solutions and implications, and form a plan to address challenges.
Ability to keep highly sensitive human resources and compensation information confidential.
