Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Bachelor's degree in a scientific-related field such as integrative physiology, biology, psychology, or a closely related discipline.

At least 1 year of healthcare experience in a patient-facing role, such as medical assistant, patient access, scheduling, or medical records.

Demonstrated interest in pursuing a long-term career in clinical research rather than primarily patient-facing clinical roles.

Proficiency in data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience working in healthcare or clinical environments, including exposure to clinical research or clinical trials.

Ability to pre-screen patients and communicate clearly and professionally with study participants.

Strong customer service skills and comfort interacting with patients in person and by phone.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for documentation, tracking, and communication.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and support several clinical trials simultaneously while maintaining organization and compliance.

Prior experience in clinical research, clinical trials, or research coordination is highly beneficial.

Experience working in clinic front desk, patient access, or medical records roles is an advantage.

Comfort working with electronic medical records and research databases.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet study timelines and milestones.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with physicians, sponsors, CROs, and patients.

Motivation to pursue higher education or advanced training within the healthcare or research space.

Interest in building long-term professional relationships and networking within a physician-led clinical and research environment.
